Steak with mushrooms and anchovy butter

Mix the ingredients for the anchovy butter. Roll the butter into plastic wrap and put the butter roll in the refrigerator (a day in advance) or just in the freezer to stiffen.

Sprinkle the steaks with salt and pepper and fry until golden brown for 2-3 minutes per side in the liquefied baking product. Remove them from the pan and keep them warm.

Fry the mushrooms with salt and pepper briefly in the shortening. Serve the steaks with the mushrooms on warm plates and put a slice of anchovy butter on it.

Tasty with mashed potatoes and broad beans or peas.
