Pork fillet steak with chicory salad

Mango peel and cut flesh into pieces.

Drain the pineapple, collect 2 tbsp juice and cut the slices into pieces.

Crush curry powder and pineapple juice through mayonnaise.

Mix chicory with pineapple, mango and dressing.

Prepare the puree according to the instructions for use.

Heat frying pan without butter or oil.

Put the fire a little lower and fill the steak in 1 min.

Serve meat with puree and salad..
