A tasty recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: dry white wine, soft goat cheese (chèvre frais naturel), ground young cheese (a 150 g), sherry, cornstarch, fresh chives (a 25 g), brown baguette and cherry tomatoes (a 250 g ).

Directions

  1. Heat white wine in the fondue pot.
  2. Cut goat cheese into pieces.
  3. Melt goat's cheese and young cheese in warm wine (do not boil the wine).
  4. Stir in the sherry with cornstarch and stir in melted cheese.
  5. Stir well until smooth cheese fondue occurs.
  6. Fondue with pepper to taste.
  7. Cut fine chives and sprinkle over fondue.
  8. Keep the cheese fondue warm at the table.
  9. Cut the loaf of bread into pieces.
