Thai curry of tofu and broccoli
A nice thai recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: broccoli, Thai (red curry (338 g)), olive oil, onions (coarsely chopped), tofu naturel (in cubes (375 g)), roma tomatoes (in pieces) and fresh parsley (flat ( container a 15 g)).

Bring plenty of water to the boil.

Divide the broccoli into florets, cut the stems into slices and cook the broccoli for 10 minutes.

Prepare the sauce mix and the curry paste (from the package) according to the instructions on the packaging.

Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package.

Heat the oil in a stir-frying pan, stirring in the onion and the tofu until golden brown.

Add the Thai sauce and gently bring to the boil.

Add the broccoli and the tomato and warm the sauce for 5 minutes.

Scoop the parsley through the rice.
