Spicy lentil burger with cucumber yogurt

Do not fry all ingredients for the burger (except the parsley, red pepper and olive oil).

Scoop the parsley and red pepper into the mixture. Place cling film on the worktop and divide 1/4 of the mixture of burgers. Skip the foil and press the mixture into a burger. Make 4 burgers and put them in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.

Meanwhile, mix the ingredients for the cucumber yogurt.

Bake the burgers 4 minutes per side in hot olive oil. Put them on the bread and serve the cucumber yogurt.
