Directions

  1. Mix the mayonnaise, yogurt, basil, salt and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Fry the slices of bread in a layer of olive oil and a knob of butter, brown and crispy. Then put the slices of bacon in the pan and fry them crispy.
  3. Let the bacon leak on a sheet of kitchen paper.
  4. Boil the eggs in a few minutes.
  5. Put 6 sandwiches on 6 plates. Fill them all with a leaf of lettuce, a slice of bacon, some slices of tomato and slices of egg. Put another sandwich on top of it. Also invest this sandwich first with a leaf of lettuce. Add a layer of basil mayonnaise, the roast beef and the yellow pepper. If you still have egg left over, you can also put some slices of egg on it.
  6. Now spread the last 6 slices of bread thinly with basil mayonnaise and put them on the sandwiches with the smeared side down. Press the sandwich and poke a satépicker for extra firmness.
