A tasty recipe. The lunch contains the following ingredients: poultry, rucola salad, fresh cream cheese, cocktail shrimp (in pieces), mayonnaise, sundried tomato tapenade, bread (Pain Blonde or sunflower bread), beef tomatoes (in slices) and smoked chicken breast (in slices).

Directions

  1. Fritter half of arugula with fresh cream cheese in a food processor.
  2. Season with salt.
  3. In a bowl stir shrimp, mayonnaise and tapenade.
  4. Slices of bread spread with rucola cream.
  5. Divide the tomato over four slices and sprinkle lightly with salt.
  6. Divide shrimp salad.
  7. Cover with 4 slices with smeared side up.
  8. Divide the remainder of arugula and tomato and chicken.
  9. Cover with last 4 slices of bread, with smeared side down.
  10. Lay sandwiches on four plates and cut diagonally in four.
  11. Attach each pile with coctail stick.
  12. You serve the sanwich as a snack.
  13. Then halve the stacks again..
