Directions

  1. Roast the slices of bread and brush them with the barbecue sauce. Divide the arugula over 4 slices.
  2. Fill half of this with the smoked chicken fillet with the avocado on top. Sprinkle lemon juice over the avocado and season with pepper.
  3. Spread over the other 2 slices the cheese and to and place these slices on the avocado.
  4. Cover with the last 2 slices of bread with the sauce side down. Cut the club sandwich diagonally and stick the triangles with a stick.
