Coalfish with smoked mackerel
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, olive oil, coalfish fillets ((bag 750 g, frozen), thawed), smoked mackerel fillet (190 g), onion (finely chopped), potatoes (kilotje fixed cooking), winter carrot ((bag 1 kg), in slices) and dairy spread (chives light (a 150 g)).

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.

Grease the bottom of the baking dish with oil.

Rub the coalfish fillets with salt and put them in the dish.
