Coalfish with smoked mackerel

A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, olive oil, coalfish fillets ((bag 750 g, frozen), thawed), smoked mackerel fillet (190 g), onion (finely chopped), potatoes (kilotje fixed cooking), winter carrot ((bag 1 kg), in slices) and dairy spread (chives light (a 150 g)).

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
  2. Grease the bottom of the baking dish with oil.
  3. Rub the coalfish fillets with salt and put them in the dish.
  4. Prepare the mackerel with the liquid, mix the onion and pepper to taste and divide this over the fillets.
  5. Cover the dish with aluminum foil, slide it on the grill in the middle of the oven and let the coalfish cook for 25 minutes.
  6. Meanwhile, peel the potatoes, cut into cubes and boil for 15 minutes until done.
  7. Add the slices of winter carrot for the last 8 minutes.
  8. Pour the potatoes and the slices of winter carrot and, with the pan on the fire, pour the dairy spread through, so that it melts.
