A nice Mediterranean recipe. The snack contains the following ingredients: meat, minced meat (half-to-half), egg, garlic (pressed), fresh basil (finely chopped), wholegrain rusks (crumbled), olive oil, grissini (Italian breadsticks, pack 125 g) and crema of black olives (140 g).

Directions

  1. Mix the mince in a large bowl with the egg, the garlic, the basil and the crumbs.
  2. Add pepper and salt to taste.
  3. Turn 18 balls of the minced meat.
  4. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the balls in approx.
  5. 8 min.
  6. Golden brown and done.
  7. Serve the grissini and use the crema of black olives as a dip..
