Directions

  1. Cut the bunching out into very thin rings. Chop the coriander. Cut the slices of ham into thin strips. Peel the stalk celery with a peeler and cut it lengthwise into thin strips. Cut these strips into small cubes. Also cut the pineapple into small cubes.
  2. In a bowl, cover the ham strips with celery, pineapple, onion rings and coriander.
  3. Drape the salad leaves each in a glass and spoon in the ham cocktail. Spoon the curry sauce over it.
