Break the chocolate into pieces and put them in with the whipped cream and refractory bowl.

Let the chocolate melt in 1 to 1.5 minutes in the microwave by putting it on full power.

Stir the chocolate and the cream together.

Stir in the larger part of the grated coconut and let the mixture stiffen in the refrigerator.

If the mixture is stiff enough, scoop out a pile with a teaspoon.

Turn this into a ball and roll it through the grated coconut.

Keep the balls in the refrigerator and take them out half an hour before serving.
