Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Let the slices of puff pastry thaw. Chop the olives and cut the peppers into very small cubes. Chop the spring onions and finely chop the oregano. Stir in a bowl the olives with peppers, spring onions, oregano and olive oil into a smooth mixture.

Cut 4-5 rounds of dough from each slice of puff pastry and place them on the baking sheet with some space. Spoon the olive mixture in the middle and spread it out slightly. Slide the baking sheet into a ridge in the middle of the oven and fry the olive tarts until golden brown and done in 15-20 minutes. Let them cool down to lukewarm.
