Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 220ºC. Put 4 circles of approx. 10 cm Ø out of the tortilla wrap.
  2. Mix the egg with the sugar and brush the circles on both sides with this mixture.
  3. Turn over the muffin mold, fold the wraps into a V-shape and place them with the open side up between the cavities. Fry in the middle of the oven for about 5 minutes.
  4. For the filling, heat the butter and fry the apple cubes with the lemon juice for 2-3 minutes. Add the honey, raisins, cinnamon and marmalade and heat for 1-2 minutes.
  5. Spoon the filling into the slightly cooled taco shells and serve immediately. Tasty with whipped cream.
