Preheat the oven to 220ºC. Put 4 circles of approx. 10 cm Ø out of the tortilla wrap.

Mix the egg with the sugar and brush the circles on both sides with this mixture.

Turn over the muffin mold, fold the wraps into a V-shape and place them with the open side up between the cavities. Fry in the middle of the oven for about 5 minutes.

For the filling, heat the butter and fry the apple cubes with the lemon juice for 2-3 minutes. Add the honey, raisins, cinnamon and marmalade and heat for 1-2 minutes.

Spoon the filling into the slightly cooled taco shells and serve immediately. Tasty with whipped cream.
