Honey-nut cake
Spicy cake with unroasted nuts, made with egg, apple syrup, wild flowers honey, almond milk, spelled flour, butter, baking powder, biscuit and gingerbread spices.

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Beat the eggs together with the apple syrup, the honey and the almond milk in a bowl.

Add the spelled flour, baking powder, biscuits and a pinch of salt and mix well until smooth.

Chop the nuts coarsely and mix 2/3 through the batter. Put the batter in the cake tin covered with baking paper and spread the rest of the nuts over it.

Bake the cake in the middle of the oven in about 35 minutes until golden brown and done.

After 30 minutes, check with a skewer for doneness. If this comes out clean, the cake is done.

Allow to cool for at least 1 hour. Cut into slices and spread with the butter. Serve the rest of the honey.
