Wash the strawberries, pat gently dry with some kitchen paper or a clean tea towel.

Put the jam in a bowl.

Dilute thick jam, possibly with some water.

Spread each pancake first with the cream cheese and then with strawberry jam.

Roll up the pancakes tightly and cut them with a sharp knife in 4 rolls.

Thread the 4 rolls gently on a satéstick.

Finally, prick a strawberry with a crown at the end..
