Well the apricots in hot water. Heat the milk with the coconut milk and cook the dessert rice according to the instructions on the package. Stir in the sugar. Cut the apricots into pieces and mix them through the rice.

Spread the macaroon crumbs over the glasses. Season the rice with apricots and smooth.

Heat the apricot jam with the orange juice and spread over the rice. Put the desserts in the fridge for about 1 hour.
