Coconut rice with rendang


A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, sunflower oil, nasi / bamivlees (approx. 250 g), boemboe rendang meat (100 g), lemon, basmati rice, creamy coconut milk (200 ml), cucumbers and sweet chili sauce.

Directions

  1. Fry 2 tbsp oil in frying pan and brown in 10 min.
  2. Add Bumbu spice and 250 ml of water and bring to the boil.
  3. Meat in 15 min.
  4. Clean lemon legs and cut some rough pieces of skin.
  5. Rice boiled in 8 minutes without lid in coconut milk and 600 ml water with salt.
  6. Lemon peel with rice cooking.
  7. Squeeze out the lemon.
  8. Dressing stirring leftover oil, 2 tbsp lemon juice, chili sauce, salt and pepper.
  9. Clean cucumbers and cut into cubes.
  10. Mix cucumber with dressing.
  11. Remove lemon peel from rice.
  12. Serving rice with rendang and cucumber salad..
