Curry-turkey skewers with fries and salad


A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, turkey breast, Indian curry paste (mild, pot a 250 ml), vine tomatoes, yellow pepper, mixed iceberg lettuce (200 g), chive dressing (bottle a 270 ml), French fries and sunflower oil.

Directions

  1. Preheat deep fryer.
  2. Cut the turkey fillet into cubes and mix with curry paste.
  3. Divide cubes over 8 satépicks.
  4. To halve.
  5. Clean pepper and cut into cubes.
  6. Mix lettuce, tomato, pepper and dressing.
  7. Fries baking according to instructions.
  8. Heat oil in frying pan and cook in 8 min.
  9. Until cooked and brown.
  10. Spice with fries and serve salad..
