Stir-fried shiitake with bok choy
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: Chinese egg noodles (250 g), shii-take (a 100 g), bok choy (about 500 g), spring onions (3 pieces), sunflower oil, honey, soy sauce (salt) and roasted sesame seeds ( bag of 250 g).

Prepare according to instructions.

Shii-take wipe clean and halve.

Cut paksoi into strips and wash.

Clean the forest onions and cut them into pieces.

Heat in wok oil.

Shiitake stir-fry for about 2 minutes.

Add paksoi and fry approx.
-
3 minutes.
-
Add honey and soy sauce and heat for 1 more minute.

Sprinkle with spring onions and sesame seeds.

Serve with noodles.

Delicious with empeng or cassava crackers..
