Coconut vanilla ice cream made from coconut milk, whipped cream and a vanilla bean.

Cut open the vanilla pod lengthwise and scrape out the marrow with a knife tip and place in a bowl.

Mix in the condensed coconut milk and whipped cream.

Pour half of the mixture into the ice cream maker and let it run for 20-30 minutes.

Put the ice in a lockable container (this is about half a liter). Put in the freezer for at least 3 hours.

Pour the rest of the mixture into the ice cream maker and make another half a liter of ice.
