Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 220 ° C.
  2. Halve the tomatoes. Cut the zucchini into coarse pieces. Cut the garlic into slices.
  3. Place the vegetables in an oven dish, drizzle with the oil and sprinkle with the garlic. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Fry the vegetables at the bottom of the oven for 20-25 minutes. Prepare the fish on a baking tray or ovenproof dish according to the instructions on the package.

  6. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the potato balls with the herbs, pepper and salt in approx. 10 min. Until done.
