Cod burger with lemon beans
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, crumbled potatoes, broken green beans (500 g), olive oil, cod burgers (chilled fresh), sour cream (125 ml), fresh dill ((bag a 15 g), finely chopped), lemon (scrubbed) and garlic (pressed).

Clean the potatoes and cut large ones into pieces.

Boil the potatoes in plenty of water and salt with the lid on the pan in 10 minutes.

Boil the green beans in a different pan with water and salt for 8-10 minutes.

Meanwhile, heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a large frying pan and fry the cod burgers for 5 minutes per side.

Mix the sour cream with the dill in a bowl.

Season with salt and pepper.

Grate the yellow skin of half the lemon and squeeze out the lemon half.

Drain the potatoes and green beans.

Mix the lemon zest, lemon juice, garlic and 2 tablespoons of olive oil through the beans.

Add salt and pepper to taste.

Divide the fish, potatoes and lemon beans over 4 plates.

Serve the dill cream with the potatoes..
