Directions

  1. cook the tagliatelle al dente.
  2. Heat the cream and melt the gorgonzola while stirring. Keep some walnuts separate for garnishing and coarsely chop the remaining walnuts. Scoop the chopped walnuts and mango through the cream mixture and heat without cooking.
  3. Spoon half of the parsley through the sauce. Season with Worcestershire sauce, salt and freshly ground pepper.
  4. Serve the sauce over the tagliatelle and sprinkle with the rest of the parsley and walnuts.
