Cod fillet with garlic lemon and courgette

Fold the pieces of aluminum foil double to squares. Rub the cod with the lemon-spice rub and put them on the foil. Let them reach room temperature. Chop the dill coarse and sprinkle it over it.

Cut the zucchini diagonally into 12 slices. Brush thinly with oil and place on the barbecue. Roast the zucchini slices on one side until they have light brown stripes. Place the slices with the roasted side facing up on the cod fillets.

Place the pieces of foil with cod on the barbecue and let the fish cook in 10-15 minutes. Sprinkle with salt. Tasty with sweet potato spinach salad.
