Cod with pepper sauce
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, crumbly potatoes, scraped carrots (a 300 g), cod fillet (a 225 g), butter, black peppercorns, shallots, dry sherry and cooking cream (Finesse for Cooking a 250 ml).

Peel potatoes, wash, cut into pieces and cook in 20 minutes.

Cook the carrots for 8 minutes.

Spread cod with salt and pepper.

Fry 2 tablespoons of butter in frying pan and brown beans in 8 min.

On both sides.

Peppercorns bruise.

Chop and shred the shallots.

Melt 1 of the remaining butter in a saucepan of butter and shallot.

Add sherry and peppercorns and cook for 1 min.

Stir in the cooking cream and season to taste with salt.

Brush the fish on four plates and divide the sauce.

Serve with potatoes and carrots..
