A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, potatoes, carrots, cod fillet (about 450 g), butter or margarine, fish dill sauce (32 g), cocktail shrimp (125 g), dill (frozen and box of 50 g).

Directions

  1. Peel potatoes, wash and cook until about 20 minutes.
  2. Clean the carrots, wash and simmer for approx.
  3. 8 minutes.
  4. Spread cod with salt and pepper.
  5. Heat butter in frying pan and cook cod on both sides for approx.
  6. 6 minutes.
  7. Meanwhile prepare sauce according to instructions.
  8. Preheat shrimps for approx.
  9. 1 minute.
  10. Season to taste with dill, salt and pepper.
  11. Fill cod with potatoes, carrots and shrimp sauce..
