Directions

  1. Clean the potatoes under running water and boil them in the peel in a pan with plenty of water with salt in twenty minutes.
  2. Drain and cool in a colander.
  3. Then cut them in length into six to eight parts each.
  4. Finely chop the dill.

  6. Cut the pickles into slices.

  8. Cut the Hollandse Nieuwe into three cm diamonds.
  9. Beat in a bowl of vinegar, yogurt, mustard and olive oil with a little salt and pepper to make a dressing.
