Coffee trifles
Typical English dessert with different layers, consisting of butter cake, ginger cream, coffee and chocolate.

Beat the whipped cream with the syrup from the pot of voice ginger (2 tbsp for 4 portions).

Slice the bread rolling voice ginger.

Mix the bread rolling voice ginger together with the cinnamon through the cream.

Cut the cake in 4 slices. With a whiskey glass, place circles from the slices of cake and put 1 slice of cake on the bottom of each whiskey glass.

Spread the coffee over the glasses and spoon the ginger cream on it.

Crumble the remaining pieces of cake. Sprinkle the cakecracks and scrape the chocolate over the trifles.
