Cold yogurt soup
A nice Indian recipe. The vegetarian starter contains the following ingredients: cucumbers (in pieces), oil, ground cumin (djinten), garden broth powder, whole yogurt, fresh mint ((a 15 g), in strips) and almonds (minced meat).

Cucumber cucumbers in food processor.

Heat oil in frying pan, fry cumin briefly until fragrance is released.

Add broth powder and 100 ml of water.

Place cumin broth, yogurt and fresh mint with cucumber puree.

Season the salt and pepper soup to taste and allow it to cool through cold in at least 2 hours.

Dry almonds in a dry frying pan and sprinkle over soup before serving..
