Cucumber salad with marinated goat's cheese
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian starter contains the following ingredients: red pepper, olive oil, coarse mustard, garlic (pressed), Dutch goat cheese (extra ripened), capers, cucumber and lemon juice.

Pepper a few times in between hands, cut off the top and shake out the seeds as much as possible.

Cut or chop pepper very finely.

In bowl marinade stirring of oil, mustard, garlic and pinch of salt.

Cut cheese crusts and cut cheese into cubes or strips.

Remove cheese and capers by marinade and leave flavors in cool place for at least 1 hour.

Cucumber and cut into 15 cm pieces.

Remove seeds if necessary and scrape cucumber with cheese slicer into long slices.

Spread cucumber over four plates, add cheese cubes and some marinade and drizzle lemon juice over salad..
