Cut or tear the radicchio into coarse strips and leave smaller leaves whole. Tear the parma ham slightly smaller.

Halve the lemon. Cut one half into 4 parts and press the other half out. Mix the ingredients for the dressing with the lemon juice and season with salt and freshly ground pepper.

Mix the dressing through the radicchio and spread over 4 plates. Divide the artichoke hearts, parma ham, cheese and lemon wedges.
