Coleslaw with apple and grapes
Spoon the coals into a large bowl.
Beat the mayonnaise, sour cream, vinegar, honey and kummel with a good pinch of salt and pepper.
Put this dressing through the coals and leave covered in the fridge for a few hours, or even better one day.
Cut the apples into thin slices or cubes and halve the grapes. Spoon the fruit just before serving by the coleslaw.
