Halve the cucumber piece lengthwise and scrape out the seeds with a spoon.

Peel the carrots with a peeler.

Cut the pieces of cucumber, the carrot and the piece of pepper lengthwise into thin strips.

Put the slices of bread on a shelf and roll them flat with a rolling pin.

Brush the slices with cream cheese or dairy spread and place the strips of vegetables on a short side.

Roll the slices of bread firmly around the vegetable strips and stick the rolls with a cocktail stick.

Pack each roll tightly in cling film and transport them in a lunch box.
