In a bowl stir the almonds flour with the mirin and sesame oil into a smooth paste. Season with a little salt. Let this mixture stand for at least 10 minutes.

Clean the vegetables and cut into strips of approx. 8 cm long. Cut the stalks of the herbs 8 cm off.

Halve the sushi sheets in length. Place the sheets one at a time in length on the sushi mat and brush the long left half with almond paste. Place some strips of paprika, carrot and goat's milk, so that the strips only stick out on the right side of the sushi.

Roll the sushi firmly with the help of the mat. Put the sushi upright on a dish and let the strips of vegetables stick out at the top. Make the other sushi in the same way and put all sushi on a scale.
