Marinated artichoke on toast
A nice Mediterranean recipe. The vegetarian snack contains the following ingredients: artichoke hearts ((400 g), drained), garlic, extra virgin olive oil, lemon (scrubbed), rosemary ((a 15 g), only the needles), multigrain (baguette and sliced).

Cut the artichoke hearts in four. Press 2 cloves of garlic and mix with 5 tbsp oil. Use a sharp knife to cut the yellow skin of the lemon and squeeze out the fruit. Cut the skin into strips. Add with the rosemary needles to the garlic oil. Mix in the artichoke and season with the lemon juice, salt and pepper. Marinate for at least 30 min.
