Watermelon with white cheese
A nice Mediterranean recipe. The snack contains the following ingredients: watermelon (in parts), fresh basil ((15 g), only the leaves), white cheese (150 g), sun-ripened Taggia olives ((180 g), drained) and olive oil.

Cut the melon parts into 4 equal dots and place them on a large scale.

Cut the basil into strips and leave some for garnishing. Break the cheese into pieces and mix with the olives and the basil. Divide over the melon and sprinkle with the oil. Garnish with the retained basil and sprinkle with (freshly ground) pepper.
