Halve the slices of cheese. Place half of the slices of spelled bread each with a ½ slice of cheese.

Divide the raw vegetables, basil leaves and the rest of the cheese. Cover with the rest of the slices of spelled bread.

Heat a frying pan without oil or butter and fry the sandwiches for about 10 minutes on low heat. Turn carefully halfway.
