Coriander Soup
A nice mexican recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: poultry, sunflower oil, onion (coarsely chopped), garlic (coarsely chopped), zucchini (in slices), crème fraîche (125 ml), chicken broth (from tablets), lime, fresh coriander (a 15 g ) and tortilla chips.

Heat the oil in a soup pan and fry the onion for 5 minutes on low heat.

Add the garlic and zucchini and cook for 10 minutes.

Stir in the crème fraîche and pour in the chicken stock.

Add the lime and let the soup cook gently for 15 minutes.

Remove the lime.

Stir in the coriander (with stalks) and warm for 1 min.

Puree the soup with the hand blender and season with salt and pepper.

Divide the soup over 4 bowls and serve with the tortilla chips..
