Couscous with coriander and balls of veal mince

Ingredients
Directions

Put the couscous in a bowl and add 4 tbsp cold water. Let stand for 5 minutes.

Add the minced meat, egg, paprika powder, the ground coriander and the fresh coriander to the couscous.

Season to taste with salt and pepper and knead the mixture for 2 min. With 10 hands, mold them into balls.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the meatballs in approx. 6 min. Brown and done. Sprinkle with fresh coriander.
