A tasty recipe. The vegetarian starter contains the following ingredients: olive oil, celery (sliced), garlic (finely chopped), coriander (ground), cumin (djinten) (ground), corn granules (a 300 g), vegetable stock tablet and water.

Directions

  1. Heat the olive oil and fry the celery slices for 5 minutes.
  2. Fry the garlic, coriander and cumin for 2 minutes.
  3. Add the corn, bouillon tablet and the water.
  4. Cook for 5 minutes on low heat.
  5. Puree with a hand blender.
  6. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Delicious with cumin seeds..
