Onion soup with tofu
Oriental onion soup with tofu, noodles, sweet onions and shiitake.

Peel the onion and cut into rings. Heat in a large pot of sesame oil and gently fry the onions in 10 minutes. Peel the garlic and press out.

Wipe the Shiitake with kitchen paper and cut into thin strips. Add the bouillon tablets, chilli sauce, onion and mushrooms to the water.

Let the soup boil gently for about 10 minutes. Cut the tofu into cubes, add to the soup and cook for 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

Cook the noodle with plenty of water according to the instructions on the package al dente. Drain in a sieve.

Put the miein bowls. Spoon the onion soup on it. Cut the chives above.
