Cocktail of avocado and crab

A tasty recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: fish, lime (cleaned), avocado, little gem (lettuce, bag 2 pieces), crab ((174 g), drained), mayonnaise (with yogurt (jar 350 ml)), tabasco (bottle) 57 ml) and chilli pepper (mill 26 g).

Directions

  1. Grate the green skin of the lime and squeeze out the fruit. Cut the avocado in half around the pit in half. Remove the kernel and scoop out the flesh with a spoon from the peel. Try to keep the flesh and skin intact. Cut the flesh into cubes. Drizzle with lime juice, but leave 1 tbsp juice for the dressing. Cut 1/2 little gem into strips. Mix the avocado, the crab and the lettuce. Divide this cocktail over the avocado peels.
  2. Mix the mayonnaise, the tabasco, half of the lime zest and 1 tbsp lime juice. Season with salt and pepper. Spoon the dressing over the cocktail. Garnish with some chili pepper. Serve the cocktails on plates covered with the leaves of the rest of the little gem.
