Scallops on green mint mousse
A tasty recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: fish, scallops (frozen), garden peas (frozen), mint ((a 15 g), finely chopped), whipped cream and olive oil (with lemon flavor (bottle of a 250 ml)).

Thaw the scallops according to the instructions on the package.

Cook the garden peas in a small piece of water in 2-3 minutes.

Drain the peas and mash them together with 3 leaves finely chopped mint, the whipped cream and a few drops of lemonade olive oil with the hand blender.

Season with salt and (freshly ground) pepper.

Dab the scallops dry with kitchen paper and brush thinly with the rest of the oil.

Heat the grill pan and grill the scallop shells 2-3 minutes per side, then sprinkle with salt and (freshly ground) pepper.

Divide the mousse over four plates and place the scallops on top.

Sprinkle the dish with the rest of the coin..
