A tasty american recipe. The side dish contains the following ingredients: meat, canned corn, medium-sized egg and American barbecue sauce.

Put the sausages in a pan with water and cook for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, drain the corn and mix with the hand blender in a bowl.

Split the eggs, the protein is not used. Mix the flour, cornstarch, egg yolks and pepper and salt with the maize puree.

Preheat the oven to 180 ºC.

Dab the sausages dry and baste a satépicker through each sausage lengthwise. Keep a few centimeters free to grab the stick.

Sprinkle the sausages with the flour and cover them with the corn batter with a spoon. Place the sausages on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper.

Bake for about 25 minutes in the oven and turn the sausages every 5 minutes a bit, so that they are browned and cooked.

In the meantime, peel the winter carrot and grate. Place a piece of pepper on each plate and divide the carrots. Put a corn dog next to it. Serve the sauce.
