Stir Fried Chicory
Baked chicory with oyster sauce.

Cut the underside of the stalk chicory and cut the chicory in half. Remove the hard core. Cut the chicory into strips.

Heat in a stirring oil. Stir fry the chicory on medium heat approx. 3 min. Stir in the sugar and let it melt.

Add the oyster sauce and stir in half-high heat. Season with black pepper.
