Sea-meal salad with nuts


A tasty recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: hazelnuts, sea aster (vegetables at 150 g), walnut oil, dry sherry and (freshly ground) pepper.

Directions

  1. Chop hazelnuts coarsely and roast until golden brown in dry frying pan.
  2. Meanwhile, wash the sea aster and bring water to the boil in the bottom of the pan.
  3. Cook for 30 seconds on high heat.
  4. Allow the sea aster to drain well in colander.
  5. Stir in oil and sherry.
  6. Season with pepper.
  7. Create sea aster and nuts through it.
  8. Delicious with lamb and baked potatoes..
