Fried cauliflower nuggets with sweet chili sauce
Deep-fried cauliflower florets with garlic powder, spring onions and sweet chili sauce.

Put the oil in the fryer and heat to 180 ° C.

Mix the flour, cornstarch, baking powder, garlic powder and possibly salt in a bowl. Add the water and stir until smooth.

Cut the cauliflower florets into quarters. Take the quarters one by one through the batter and fry half of the florets in 5-6 min. Golden brown.

Drain on kitchen paper. Repeat with the rest of the cauliflower florets.

Meanwhile, cut the spring onions into slant rings. Mix the fried cauliflower florets with the chilli sauce and spread over a bowl.

Garnish with the spring onions and sesame seeds.
