Corn salad with avocado dressing
Salad of iceberg lettuce, cherry tomatoes, corn, cheese, avocados, sour cream, garlic and tortilla chips.

Cut the salad fine, wash and dry afterwards. Halve the tomatoes. Drain the corn. Mix the vegetables in a large bowl. Cut the cheese into cubes.

Peel the avocados, remove the seeds and cut 1 of the avocado into pieces. Mix the avocado pieces and cheese with the salad. Mix the other avocado with the sour cream and puree with blender to a smooth sauce.

Squeeze the garlic above and season the dressing with pepper and salt. Spoon the avocado dressing through the salad. Serve with tortilla chips.
