Lentil meal soup
Meal soup with lentils, winter carrot, onion, tomato, oriental herbs and coconut milk.

Cut the onions. Peel the winter carrot and cut the carrot and tomato into cubes.

Heat the oil in a soup pot. Fry the onion and winter carrots. Stir in the yellow carrot, cumin and coriander.

Let the lentils drain and rinse. Put them in the pan and fry for 5 minutes on a medium heat.

Add the water, the coconut milk and the bouillon tablet to the vegetables and simmer for 15-20 minutes. Scoop the tomato through.

Cut slices of half the lemon and squeeze out the rest. Season the soup with the juice, pepper and salt. Divide the lemon over the soup. Bon appétit! .
